BERNAMA 3 Okt.2009 - Kenshido To Spread Wings To Asian Markets

on Monday, November 16, 2009

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 3 (Bernama) -- Kenshido International Sdn Bhd, the first local company to venture into online education (webucation) in 1999, will score a first when it spreads its wings to seven Asian countries in the first quarter of 2010.The company is optimistic its foray into the international market will be a fruitful venture as it will introduce an on-line English as a Second Language (E-esl) product early next year." The E-esl will be customised according to the syllabus of relevant countries we are penetrating into. We want to focus on the Asian market before expanding to other regions." We are in preliminary talks with Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Brunei, Philippines, Vietnam and Hong Kong." It should not be a problem for us to secure deals in these countries," said Kenshido President and Chief Executive Officer, Jason Kok Min Chong in an exclusive interview with Bernama. He added that Kenshido was also eyeing Middle East markets for the E-esl product and was already in talks with several parties.Besides its entry into the international market, Jason said Kenshido will promote the product aggressively in Malaysia as there is a huge demand for the language product. The educational company sells its 'Score A' e-learning product for standard one to form five students through the multi-level-marketing (MLM) system and has more than 40,000 active distributors nationwide.Kenshido's E-Learning programme prepares students to be exam ready and in the last 10 years have churned out thousands of straight A's students in the UPSR and PMR examinations. The Score A programme portal is endorsed by the Ministry of Education and costs RM596 each, for a six-month subscription.Explaining further, Jason said Kenshido would invest about RM20 million to set up offices under the first phase of its international expansion plan." We are confident of generating a monthly revenue of RM30 million from these countries in two years," he said.On a related development, Jason said Kenshido recently acquired a three-storey building, Wisma Kenshido 2, for RM6.5 million to be used for training and seminar purposes. It already owns a RM4.3 million three-storey building, Wisma Kenshido 1, which serves as its headquarters. Both buildings are located in Kota Damansara.Jason also said the company would double the number of support centers nationwide to 30 by the middle of 2010." We are planning to invest in the range of RM100 thousand per centre. Todate, we have 30 centres running nationwide," he added.Jason said the opening of support were significant as the business was growing rapidly and it was important for Kenshido to provide back up facilities for their more than 40,000 distributors in order to expand the business.

The Road NoT Taken

on Wednesday, November 11, 2009
TWO roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth; 5
Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same, 10
And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back. 15
I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference. 20

Is MLM/Network marketing for you?

on Tuesday, November 10, 2009

First if all, what is MLM? Some people still think of it as a pyramid.

Pyramid schemes are illegal. MlM obviously is not. MLM companies have been around for years and years and recognized as legitimate for over 40 years... AVON, Amway, Mary Kay, Tupperware, Shaklee and so many more BIG name companies are MLM.

So, what is a pyramid?
The easiest and most simple way to recognize a pyramid scheme is when there's a very large cost to join and there's a much lower value or even no product or service offered in return for this cost.

The MLM Companies who are successful provide unique, high quality products, at a fair price to the consumer and have high regards and a fair compensation plan for their representatives .

Starting and building your own business is possibly one of the hardest things you will ever do yet at the same time it will most likely be the most rewarding and most satisfying thing you'll do , business-wise.

There is nothing like working from home , setting your own schedule and being your own boss. Working barefoot on the computer. Working your hours . The pride you'll feel at the end of the day is very empowering. And in this day and age, having an income from home and internet is the way to go. Working a long day to make someone else rich and having less and less job security can be stressful to say the least. ANd missing precious moments from your childrens childhood cannot be replaced. If you like helping others, and want to be rewarded for your dedication and ambition, then MLM/network marketing is for you.

Certain things are the keys to your success:

You must have a clear goal to work for, a plan of action and unwavering belief that it can succeed.

You must understand that you will get back ten times what you give. Work hard each day, don't be afraid to invest money in your business, give gifts, help others and remember the Maya Angelou quote "Nothing works unless you do"

You must continually grow. As a person, as a leader, as a student. If you don't grow, you stagnate. You must be the seeker of knowledge and learn to apply the knowledge you aquire to make the most productive time of your work. You will never "know it all"..there is so much more to learn from the leaders. Use your time wisely and schedule in daily training for yourself.

You must commit to take daily action. Don't slack off after a good week or that will be the momentum you will continue. Have daily, weekly, monthly and yearly lists and goals that you put into a solid plan of action. Write down your goals and tape them where you sit often (at the computer perhaps)

Treat others as you want to be treated. Never assume someone won't be an intregal part of your future success or that you can't learn something from them. Be open to hearing stories of others lives and learn from them. Treat new team members with respect. You will earn that respect back tenfold , as a leader, as well as set an example to encourage your team to be committed, take action and grow stronger every day.

Be a serious and committed to your business as you would if you had to be to a job on time and hand in projects on time. Get up, get dressed, get going. Treat it like a real business, because it is.

Remember that overnight success is rarely , if ever, accomplished. Leaders say that it takes 2-5 years to build a large business. That's less time(and considerably less money) than it takes to get a degree in college and go search for a job, starting at entry level salary. Think about it. A few short years and your life can potentially be very different. If you started 5 years ago, where would you be now? In a larger home? On the beach? On vacation? No bills?
Well, why not start today?

If you follow these tried and true steps taught by the leaders in the industry , you can grow a large business right from your home and accomplish your dreams and goals.

So, ask yourself?

Are you trainable and willing to learn?

Do you want a different lifestyle, of abundance?

Do you like to help and teach others?

Do you have an upbeat, honest and fun personality?

Are you committed to personal growth?

Are you 110% postive you can succeed?

If so, choose an MLM business that appeals to you after you do your research.Make that vision board of goals and wrok daily to achieve it, while remembering life is meant to be fun. Meet new people, go new places, learn and grow and commit to creat success! You can do it!

Perbualan yang manafaat..

on Tuesday, November 3, 2009

Time aku tengah check2 pc lab production...aku sedar 1 seorang engineer tengah baca buku.Aku terus tanya dia

"macam mana kerja disini...ok ke tak?apa pendapat kamu?"

"ok la...setakat ini semua tak terlalu berat dan biasa..gaji pon ok"

"apa cita-cita kamu waktu kecil dahulu.."

"untuk menjadi seorang yang berbakti.."

aku terus potong "yeke?..tak pernah impikan jadi engineer?"

"ade la...cita-cita.. dulu-dulu"

"jadi sekarang da penuhi cita-cita..apa pula impian kamu pada masa hadapan?"

"saya nak sambung study.."

"dan selepas itu?"

"saya nak jadi lecturer...kerja lebih mudah dan income lebih stable"

"itu mesti juga persepsi kamu masa kecil dahulukan? sebelum jadi engineer.."

"saya paham..tapi saya bukan orang jenis bisness...tambah-tambah lagi saya juga memikirkan resiko2 yang bakal saya hadapi.."

dia rasa aku nak ajak dia bisness..walaupon ak mulanya sekadar ingin berbual kosong.Aku teruskan perbualan.

"we are what we choose to be...do you really think you will really become what you think in future(lecturer)? why do choose to be lecturer instead of engineer?does your past still doesn't make any sense to you?are you choose to hunting something for the the rest of your life even will never found it?..i'm simple...i also don't like business...i actually kind of person don't really talk to anybody...but the only thing force me is my mindset...i don't want to hunt something forever...i want to be financial free...i want to have secure life...i dont want to be slave for the rest of my life.."

dia diam.aku terus melangkah sambil tersenyum.Aku tinggalkan dia dengan dunia dia.Aku mantapkan keyakinan aku...kegigihan aku...AKU PASTI AKAN BERJAYA....INSYAALLAH!

Type of People in this world....

on Monday, November 2, 2009

penjelasan terhadap picture diatas -->
(LInK)

This is understanding where our income flows. It was divided into two main sections. The left side called “Active Income” and right side called “Passive Income.” What’s the difference? Active Income says “You Work For Money” while Passive Income says “Money Works For You.”

It is then further subdivided into four quadrants. Quadrant 1 is the so-called Employees. Quadrant 2 is the so-called Self-Employed. Qudrant 3 is the so-called Big Business Owners. Quadrant 4 is the so-called Investors. Where do you belong to these four quadrants? Let’s examine it one by one:

Quadrant 1 - EMPLOYEES. I do think that most of us belongs here. We have a job. We have to work hard, follow instructions from our bosses and superiors and get paid. We don’t own our time. These are people who love security or tenure. They will work hard to climb up the corporate ladder. The higher they climbed the ladder, the higher they pay is. Sad to say, the higher their pay is, the higher also their taxes. And it’s not them getting rich, it’s their bosses, it’s their company. Time will come, they will get tired. Their body will collapse because of age. And when they stopped working, they will also stop receiving income.

Quadrant 2 - SELF EMPLOYED - They work for themselves. The difference with the employees is that self-employed own their time since they don’t have superiors. They can decide for themselves. These are people who loves to be independent. They don’t want to work for others, instead they want to work for themselves. These are doctors, lawyers, and small business owners. But still, they are an employee of themselves. And if they stopped working, they will also stop receiving income.

Quadrant 3 - BIG BUSINESS OWNERS - They love delegating tasks. They concentrate their efforts more on activities which produces most profits. They hire people who are more intelligent than them to do the work for them. They have built a solid system and they own it. They have built their resources to make this possible. And so they can leave for vacation and can leave work for some time but still earns money because there were people working for them. Examples of this are the taipans and tycoons and some franchisers who have built a solid business.

Quadrant 4 - INVESTORS - These are people who have built their assets and are not working for money anymore. Instead, the assets they have accumulated works for them providing them constant income even if they don’t work. These are people who are called “living on interests”. They are living thru the interests of their assets and investments. Money works for them. They have invested their money to have more money. They can differentiate which one is an asset and which one is a liability. Examples of these are investors in the stock market, real estate, etc.

Did you see the difference? The only way to escape from the rat race is by travelling from active income to passive income, from employee or self-employed to becoming a big business owner or investor. And this is the challenge that Robert Kiyosaki left to us readers.

As a final note, I’m leaving this quote from Mr. Kiyosaki.

The rich buy assets. The poor only have expenses. The middle class buys liabilities they think are assets. The poor and the middle class work for money. The rich have money work for them.”

Furthermore, if you want to become a millionaire like Robert Kiyosaki, I would like to refer to you on how to become a millionaire.

PAS or UMNO?

2. x nak score A
saya rasa score A ni sama je mcm mlm yg lain.. cuma ianya menggunakan pendidikan sebagai umpan untuk menhdapatkan wang dengan cepat.. so nk tanya kat org yg masuk benda alah ni.. comfirm ke leh dapat A jika pelajar2 masuk benda ni?? saya rasa klu nak bantu pelajar, biarlah ikhlas... x payah guna2 duit.. lebih baik pg kelas tambahan kat sekolah lg bagus, ader guru yg ajar pulak... dalam hadiskan dah bg tau.. sesiapa yg belajar sesuatu ilmu tu tanpa ada guru, bermakna ia belajar dari syaitan.... so x payah laa nk cepat kaya dengan masuk score A ni.. harta dunia akan ditinggalkan juga klu kita mati nanti... ambil skit2 harta dah la... jgn tamak...

3. buka fikiran anda
Assalamualaikum,

Golongan celaka ni ibarat kerengga , yang hidup didahan pokok jambu, buah dia tak makan ,tapi kita nak ambil dia gigit tangan kita.

Ada juga manusia mempertikaikan shariah compliance walhal maksud shariah compliance pon tak faham sepenuhnya.Kononnya sangat teliti , tetapi sokong pendapat yang menidakkan nya saja.Golongan macam ni biarkan saja.meletihkan..

Orang bijaksana/kaya mencari jalan tapi orang jahil/miskin mencari alasan!!
